Meenakshi Atal, an administrator and a sensitive educator for over thirty five years, has a passionate belief that differently-abled children and children with different learning styles can be accommodated in mainstream schools. Ms. Atal was the Headmistress of St. James’ School, Kolkata and also the Vice Principal of The Heritage School, where she has implemented the Inclusion programme. She has been a member of the board of governors of the Indian Institute of Celebral Palsy for several years.

Dhruv Sharma is an alumnus of IIM Calcutta and has spent over 40 years in developing growth strategies and building organizations for medium-size companies and institutions. In the last 20 years he has worked extensively with educational institutions to corporatize their work ethos and systems, in order to meet contemporary challenges. He is deeply committed to developing scalable and sustainable educational models to address the needs of quality education, and to developing competencies in all stakeholders in the educational value chain.

Neena Goel is a sensitive and effective educator, with 25 years of experience in mainstream inclusive education. She has been involved in setting up Technology Aided Learning Systems, and is easily able to integrate media and technology in mainstream and NIOS curriculum. She is passionate about creating learning support systems to include differently-abled children in mainstream school.
